Pump It Up recently introduced their Adventure Party programs, an action-packed option to add to their large list of party packages. Co-owner Catherine Logozzo says the new program is perfect for any child who has ever wanted to be a superhero or a pirate.
The Adventure Party is structured to allow kids to become a superhero or a pirate for the day. They can join in on activities and take home theme-appropriate goodies. The theme is maintained throughout the entire party, from the decorations to the games: In the Pirate party, children search for the missing part of a treasure map by playing games like Cannon Blast for clues. Kids and staff dress up as pirates or superheroes and get lost in the fantasy, Logozzo says.
“When the kids are in character, they are really in character, and it’s adorable,” Logozzo says. “The Adventure Party gets them out from in front of the TV and lets them use their imagination.” The Adventure Party includes the advantages of a classic Pump-It-Up party: for two hours, the kids play on inflatables and eat pizza (provided by Pump-It-Up) and cake in the Party Room. The Adventure Party is for up to 13 children and is intended for ages 4-9. Bigger parties can be accommodated.
