It isn’t Kansas — it’s Bellmore. “The Wizard of Oz” comes to the Showplace at the Bellmore Movies on March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.
Take a trip over the rainbow with Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tinman, the Cowardly Lion and, of course, Toto as they seek out the Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The cast skips along the yellow brick road to the tunes made famous in the 1939 classic starring Judy Garland, Ray Bolger, Jack Haley, Bert Lahr, and Frank Morgan.
Each performance lasts about one-hour, and is followed by a meet and greet with the cast. Performances start at 11 am. Tickets are $10 per person. Group rates are also available.
