Explore the world of birds and animals in Prospect Pårk

There is still time to explore the park, enjoy the fall weather and have a good time every Friday at Prospect Park’s Audubon Center.

Join with the staff of Prospect Park Alliance for a day of adventure and exploration. First pick up your Discovery Pack and get inspired. The ready-to-go kits are filled with nature activities for families.

Then enjoy an hour of the Bird Nerd Game and learn about birds and nature in this fun, mildly competitive hour of puzzles, Bingo, card games, and more!

Round out your day with Nature on the Go, where an Alliance Naturalist leads children and families to areas near the Audubon Center. (This program leaves promptly at 2 pm)

End the day learning more about the animals in Animal Encounter and meet with the Audubon Center’s collection.

Studio E Art Classes

Art, drawing, illustration, painting, and pottery.&nbsp; Studio E Art Classes for ages 2 &frac12; to adult offers a creative space to find joy and rest in the creative arts. 7-week sessions are available for all classes, or just drop into a class to give it a try. Studio E Art is a great place to schedule a birthday party, celebration, scout troop activity, fundraiser and more.&nbsp; Summer camps for children and tweens are available for half or full day in art or pottery. Children and teenagers learn to understand and express themselves in Spanish, while improving their communication skills through a dynamic immersion program taught by NATIVE TEACHERS that combines CLASSES, ARTISTIC WORKSHOPS and FUN ACTIVITIES! Dance Workshop - Long Island

Nestled in the heart of Lynbrook Village, Dance Workshop is a community-focused studio committed to dance education in a loving and safe environment. Dance Workshop offers Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre and Acro for ages 2+. They also offer a Pre-Professional Company track for dancers interested in taking their technique to the next level. Trial classes may be scheduled with the studio at the start of the season.
