Come and discover the wonders of science on Sept. 17 when the Queens Library hosts its Discovery Day Street Fair, where you and your family can preview the library’s brand new Children’s Library Discover Center, which features hands-on interactive exhibits and learning labs for children ages 3 to 12.

While you’re there, you can make cool toys from trash, have your child’s face painted, or even blast off balloon rockets!

Activities are for kids of all ages, so come, play, and learn!

Dance Workshop - NY

Nestled in the heart of the UES, Dance Workshop is a community-focused studio committed to dance education in a loving and safe environment. Dance Workshop offers Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre and Acro for ages 2+. They also offer a Pre-Professional Company track for dancers interested in taking their technique to the next level. Trial classes may be scheduled with the studio at the start of the season. WCS Education - Wildlife Conservation Society

Explore nature, learn about the planet, and get close to animals&mdash;all in New York City! WCS zoo and aquarium day camps are for every young adventurer, from toddlers to teens. Campers experience hands-on learning, from STEAM classrooms and animal exhibits to nature trails and the beach.
