Back To School With Luna Park

Summer may be winding down, but that doesn’t mean that the fun has to stop. Head on over to Luna Park, Coney Island, and check out the amazing selection of thrill rides. There’s just one catch– throughout the month of September, kids can bring in one of their 2013 report cards to show off their good grades and earn free rides!

Young scholars (kindergarten through college) can earn five ride credits per each A grade they show, four for each B grade, and three for each C grade, with bonus credits available for each student’s five best grades. Talk about an incentive to hit the books and study up!

Studio E Art Classes

Art, drawing, illustration, painting, and pottery.&nbsp; Studio E Art Classes for ages 2 &frac12; to adult offers a creative space to find joy and rest in the creative arts. 7-week sessions are available for all classes, or just drop into a class to give it a try. Studio E Art is a great place to schedule a birthday party, celebration, scout troop activity, fundraiser and more.&nbsp; Summer camps for children and tweens are available for half or full day in art or pottery. Young Actors at Strasberg

Young Actors at Strasberg&nbsp;offers a comprehensive array of acting programs for students in grades 2 &ndash;&nbsp;12. Classes provide kids and teens with a foundation in Lee Strasberg's Method Acting and the tools to succeed in the professional industry &ndash;&nbsp;all while maintaining a fun and playful environment. Programs are tailored to encompass students at all levels, from those just beginning their acting journey to Broadway veterans and professional child actors. Young Actors at Strasberg alumni include Lady Gaga, Sophia Lillis, Angelina Jolie, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Rosario Dawson! Young Actors&nbsp;Programs are available online and in-person at our New York Campus, located in Union Square. Saturday, After-School and Online classes are offered during the traditional school year (Fall, Winter, and Spring) and Monday through Friday day camps and intensives are held in&nbsp;July and August.
