The weather’s finally cooling down! We take the end of unbearable humidity to mean it’s time to spend some more time out and about. This weekend, outdoor options like a Yankees celebration, super soccer fest, or Little Italy festival abound, but there’s plenty of excitement indoors, too. From a princess rock n’ roll ball to otherworldly musical and interactive experiences, there’s something for everyone. What are you waiting for?

FRIDAY-SUNDAY

Off Broadway shows for only $20? Yes, please! Hits like “Angelina Ballerina” and “StinkyKids The Musical” are discounted for just another week–here’s how to snag the tickets.

Marching bands, a float parade, arcade games, and more Little Italy fun abound at the 11-day Feast of San Gennaro. Be a part of the fanfare!

SATURDAY

Don your glitziest, most glamorous garb and rock out at Moey’s Back-to-School Princess Ball at Bloomingdale’s. Get your sparkle on for a chance to win the mom rocker’s latest CD!

It’s opening weekend for Liberty Science Center’s “Art of Science” exhibit. Its colorful, funky photographs of natural phenomena, often invisible to the naked eye, are sure to inspire some science love. Wowwee!
