Ready to Get Wild? Check out Wild Arts Weekend at the Prospect Park Zoo

For one weekend this month, art and animals collide at the Prospect Park Zoo.

At Wild Arts Weekend on July 17 and 18, kids and parents alike will get a chance to experience various kinds of animalistic visual and performing arts, including dance and live painting demos. Performers will be set up throughout the zoo to show off their dazzling crafts.

For the more do-it-yourself types, there will be puppet-making workshops. And visitors will even get the chance to take their experiences home, in the form of their own animal track prints.
