Ingredients
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
5 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
4 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch ground nutmeg
pinch ground cloves
1 apple, sliced thinly
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the yogurt, pumpkin, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Serve with the apple slices for dipping.
