Returning this spring, “Pregnant in Heels” will be in its second season of helping couples with a newborn, from finding a new nanny and dealing with breastfeeding to addressing intimacy issues and sending off dads to daddy boot camp.

The upcoming season aims to address challenging maternity issues, including home and water births, gay adoption, and over-the-top nursery demands.
