Donna Duarte-Ladd is a California native and long-time Brooklyn resident with decades of experience shaping stories at the intersection of family, lifestyle, culture, and real life. She is the Head of Editorial for Print and Digital at New York Family Media and the founder of Land of Mothers, a space rooted in honest, lived-in reflections on parenting, work, and becoming. She splits her time between Brooklyn and Upstate New York with her family, where she is outside whenever possible, catching her breath between responsibilities and keeping up with her two boys.
