This book will help you keep your recipes organized and in one place. Use the three-ring binder’s plastic sleeves for both published and cut-out recipes or hand-write your own on the blank sheets provided. Different categories allow you to file away your favorites by occasion or type under colorful tabs, and each category comes with a pocket for notes. For quick reference, The Recipe Keeper includes an equivalents and substitutions table and all the pages wipe clean. For over 14 years, Jess Michaels has worked for the American Camp Association, NY and NJ, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the summer camp experience. Jess loves everything summer camp. Prior to joining the American Camp Association, New York and New Jersey, Jess was the Associate Director of Publicity for the publishing company Penguin Young Readers Group and started her PR career working at the PBS Station Thirteen/WNET. Jess has two daughters, both who spend their summers at camp. When not working with camps, Jess enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, traveling, running and skiing.

The Wild Center

<p>The Wild Center, nestled within the breathtaking landscape of New York's Adirondack Park, offers an unforgettable journey into the heart of nature. Along the way, interactive exhibits provide insights into the flora and fauna that call the Adirondacks home, from songbirds to black bears.<br /><br /></p> <p>The rest of the campus features more ways to explore. Check out Patrick Dougherty’s Stickwork sculpture, an all natural installation of woven sticks that will spark your imagination and nostalgia. Immerse yourself in Forest Music, take a naturalist-lead canoe trip, or get your roll on with Raquette River Roll, a brand-new, oversized, all-natural ball run experience opening in June 2024.</p>
