A food fest and a history lesson, Thanksgiving is also, in theory at least, a time to reflect on the aspects of our lives we should be most thankful for. But that sounds like a worthy resolution that doesn’t get done. So here’s a fun alternative: sign up for The Happiness Project Blog, which, in the most thoughtful and interesting ways, offers an ongoing meditation on what makes people happy and how to bring more of it into your life.
