And for some advice on “Shopping By Celebrity”:

David and Victoria Beckham favor the “elusive” custom purple iCandy Peach, while celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe is digging her 4Moms Origami. You want more? One of our favorite local baby boutiques, NessaLee Baby now offers a unique search function for in-the-know parents and parents-to-be. —

On the nessaleebaby.com website, new and expectant parents can essentially “Shop By Celebrity.”  In our experience, Owner Vanessa Antonelli has a great style sense and is very knowledgeable about putting together a nursery. She’s also savvy about how much customers enjoy knowing what baby gear and clothes celebrity parents favor.

While tons of websites and blogs take note of celebrities and their baby stuff, hers is the only one we’re aware of that has organized that wealth of info into an actual shopping tool. And it’s not just about gawking (though of course that’s part of it). Think about it: celebrities often have personal shoppers, assistants, and all sorts of expert support to help them identify great stuff for their kids. (Yes, they also get a lot of swag.) So, it often can be quite helpful to know what stroller or car seat or bedding a certain celebrity favors because their expert minions have done the research. While you’re at it, check out Vanessa’s blog, which provides the evidence: pictures of celebs and their strollers of choice, along with other posts about trends in baby gear and accessories.
