Rock for all ages: Music of Grateful Dead and Phish at Rock and Roll Playhouse

Stomp your feet and sing along at the Brooklyn Bowl when the Rock and Roll Playhouse presents music of the Grateful Dead and Phish on Nov. 11 and Nov. 25.

The Rock and Roll Playhouse makes rock concerts a family affair in this weekly children’s music workshop-series. Created by entrepreneur and owner of The Capitol Theatre and Brooklyn Bowl, Peter Shapiro, and Amy Striem, a certified early childhood and elementary teacher, the Rock and Roll Playhouse uses music to educate children and explore their creativity.

The Music of the Grateful Dead featuring the Barton Hills Choir, on Nov. 11 at 11 am.

The Music of Phish, featuring Uncle Ebenezer, on Nov. 25 at 11 am. Tickets for both performances are $12 and free for children under 1. Concerts are suitable for kids 1 to 100.

In Musical Theater Performance Camp, campers put on a complete musical production in a professional NYC theater! Campers will stretch their skills with drama exercises and games, vocal coaching, field trips, and building a professional set. Our incredible teaching artists and campers come together to put on a truly remarkable show! During the school year, classes are great for beginners or more experienced actors - sing, dance, and put on a play! Brooklyn Robot Foundry - Virtual Classes

Brooklyn Robot Foundry offers super fun online robot-building classes for children 2-13 years old!&nbsp;&nbsp;Each week, students are introduced to new engineering concepts and components while building that day&rsquo;s robot in their own &ldquo;workshop&rdquo;.&nbsp;&nbsp;All classes maintain a very low student-to-teacher ratio, allowing for plenty of individualized instruction and socializing. The supplies are shipped in advance and classes are led by amazing instructors, taking all the pressure off parents.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Foundry&rsquo;s main focus however, is that kids have fun, get creative, and enjoy being part of this STEAM-loving community!&nbsp;
