On November 3, Reading is Fundamental (RIF) celebrated 45 years of providing books to millions of disadvantaged children across the U.S. Throughout the last half-century, RIF has shown that encouraging reading helps children overcome obstacles — opening the door to a wider world of experiences and possibilities.
