Baseball used to be an essential part of an NYC childhood, and kids used to play their games everywhere: schoolyards, streets, sidewalks. To help fill the void in this baseball-loving city, there’s On Deck, a new children’s baseball program, with classes for kids from 2-14, along with travel teams for older kids looking for a bigger commitment.
