The Performing Arts Conservatory of New York, which was originally located in Jackson Heights, recently opened its second location in Elmhurst. The Performing Arts Conservatory of New York offers after-school classes to children in Queens, including drama, music, and dance. The conservatory also offers introduction to music classes for preschoolers, as well as Spanish classes.

In October, The Performing Arts Conservatory of New York expanded to a second location in Elmhurst, which offers the same programing at the original Jackson Heights location. The Performing Arts Conservatory of New York provides after-school music programs in schools, such as The Renaissance Charter School and The Cathedral School.
Programs offered include art, photography, dance, drama, music, and Spanish. The music program includes private and group lessons on violin, cello, viola, piano, guitar, bass, voice, woodwinds, brass, and drums, as well as music theory classes and an introduction to music for preschoolers. Children in the dance program can study ballet, modern dance, tango, hip-hop, creative movement, or Middle Eastern dance.
The Performing Arts Conservatory of New York’s instructors help children reach their goals in music, dance, or performing arts so they can take advantage of opportunities—such as performances, recitals, and exhibitions—that are presented to them.
