Preschool Ivy Day School opened a second location on May 20. The school is equipped with an art room, indoor playroom, computer room, and garage, convenient for parents during picks-ups and drop-offs. Along with the classrooms, Ivy Day School provides a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack made by the school chefs.
The school is open to children ages 2-5 and offers many features, including a language program that teaches English in the morning and Spanish or Mandarin in the afternoon.
“Here at Ivy Day School, our top priority is ensuring the safety, health, happiness, and comfort of our students every moment that we spend with them,” says Emma Huang, assistant director at Ivy Day School. “We seek to maximize their educational, social, and creative potential as they learn, participate, and ultimately, thrive in our curriculum and activities.”
Ivy Day School’s curriculum consists of the basic subjects as well as special programs, such as a cooking class where kids can make their own snacks and opportunities to participate in performances on stage and experience field trips with classmates.
Ivy Day School is open Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm.
