New York City design gurus Robert and Cortney Novogratz have three remarkable stories: the first is how they built a legendary design business in which, more often than not, they move into the properties they renovate and sell; the second is about raising a very big family (seven children) in the city; and the third is how they balance it all with such calm and good sense. — “Jon & Kate” they’re not, but they have opened their lives to a new reality show on Bravo, “9 By Design,” which debuts in April. We like what we’ve seen so far (as journalists you get to see the pilot episode), and have featured the couple on the cover of our March issue. Here’s the interview.
