“Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” on Broadway just got sweeter thanks to “Wonka Wednesdays,” a new promotion the infamous over-the-top milkshake makers, Black Tap, will be bringing their wild dessert creativity outside the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in their very own food truck! Every Wednesday through September following the matinee of the Broadway hit, Black Tap’s food truck, Shake, will serve up The Imagination Shake–and it is sure to make all of your kid’s chocolate-covered dreams come true!
This chocolate shake is decorated with a chocolate frosted rim covered in chocolate chips and then topped with your kid’s very own golden ticket. But we’re not done–in addition to making Augustus Gloop jealous, this shake also gets topped with purple and gold rock candies, whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, purple sprinkles, and a chocolate drizzle.
Try saying that all in one breath! Bring your kid’s world of pure imagination to life for $9, as the truck will be parking outside the theater at 205 West 46th Street from 4:30-6pm.
