A visit from Sinterklaas: St. Nicholas and Dutch treats at Lefferts Historic House

Get ready for a visit from St. Nicholas at the Winter on a Flatbush Farm event at Lefferts Historic House on Nov. 27.

Stop by the Dutch farmhouse in Prospect Park to learn how families in the 1880s prepared for winter. See quilting, spinning, weaving, and woodworking demonstrations, plus, enjoy Dutch treats made from Lefferts family recipes.

The man of the hour arrives at 3 pm, and will hand out oranges and chocolate coins to children.

The School at the Mark Morris Dance Center
