Flip bread over and add egg to the center of the heart stencil. Cover skillet and cook about 2-3 minutes or until the white of the egg is cooked.Salt and pepper to taste. Spread heart cut-out with jam and serve.

More ideas

  • Make a batch of french toast and then cut the pieces with heart shaped cookie cutters. To save more time you can even use frozen waffles. Add fresh strawberries and make a heart with whipped cream.
  • Blend a pink smoothie with berries and frozen yogurt and milk.

  • Top a healthy cereal, such as Kashi’s heart to heart, with pink heart shaped marshmallows.
