She’s done it again! Almost a year since Jil Sander’s J line debuted for Uniqlo, the Japanese flagship in Soho, she has launched
her third collaborative endeavor with a 2010 fall/winter collection. And those willing to trudge through the rain and stand in an hour-long line were rewarded with first dibs on her signature minimalist designs at famously affordable Uniqlo prices. — The outerwear for both men and women, which maxes out at $230, is the star of the show from lightweight jackets and puffies ($129.90) to coveted wool military coats ($189.90) in navy, grey, camel and black. But if you didn’t catch the first wave, don’t worry – the next round of J is predicted to arrive in a few weeks. But we recommend you follow Uniqlo’s Facebook and Twitter closely for the exact date. And hopefully it will be on a bright, sunshiny day. Outerwear ranges from $69.90 to $229.90, dresses are $99 to $149.90, sweaters are $49.90 to $179.90, and pants are $59.90 to $69.90.
