The whimsy of Mo Willems drops in to a new exhibit at the New-York Historical Society DiMenna Children’s History Museum during a special fun event on March 19 and 20.
The Art and Whimsy of Mo Willems explores the city through the lens of the artist, and just like his character Knuffle Bunny, children are invited to sketch beloved characters into New York street scenes, create wire sculptures, listen to stories, and take snap photos with Elephant and Piggie.
Mo Willems Weekend, March 19 and 20, from 10 am to 6 pm both days. Admission is free with general museum fare.
