The Dillon Debuts The Townhouses On West 53rd

A
collection of nine triplex homes launched by The Dillon in December, The
Townhouses on West 53rd
offer all the amenities you’d expect in a Manhattan
luxury building plus some true rarities, including indoor pull-up parking and
private backyards.

The
Dillon’s main seven-story building debuted in 2010, offering New Yorkers
state-of-the-art design along with a garden plaza, fitness center, children’s
playroom and lounge. Residents of the townhouses have full access to such
services.

“The
Townhouses offer an incredible amount of living space, both indoors and out,”
says Louis V. Greco, Principal with developer SDS Procida. “Imagine
cooking dinner while your kids play in a roomy backyard, within eyesight,
through floor-to-ceiling glass—all in the heart of the greatest city on
earth.”

Designed
with a unique mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings by Haus Interior, The
Townhouses on West 53rd Street showcase ceilings as
high as 13 feet, kitchens adorned with white quartz countertops, marble-floored
bathrooms and the convenience of bedroom-level laundry rooms. Homes range from
2,210 square feet up to 2,770 square feet, and prices start at $3.165 million.Townhouse_Living_Room.jpg

“Our
vision was to create a building as vibrant as the neighborhood itself,”
explains Greco.

The Midtown West
location boasts a bustling environment featuring wide open spaces at nearby Central Park, museums, theaters and a variety of
premiere restaurants with international cuisine. The neighborhood has become
much more family-friendly, spurred by the popularity of the nearby TimeWarnerCenter and Whole Foods.

To
view an available home at The Townhouses on West 53rd, visit The Dillon Sales
Gallery and Model Residences at 425 West 53rd Street. Eight of the nine
homes are still available for purchase. And as Greco notes: “A newly
constructed, thoughtfully planned, three-story Townhouse is a rarity in any Manhattan
neighborhood.”
