Tee up! Mini Golf is back at the New York Hall of Science

Yeah! Rocket Park Mini Golf is back at the New York Hall of Science as of Apr. 1.

The mini course reveals the laws of motion and gravity and guides the path of a spaceship, controlling the motion of golf balls here on Earth. The nine-hole course allows players to explore the key science concepts of propulsion, gravity and how to escape velocity, along with a visit to the space capsule.

Children 6 years and older will enjoy walking through the planets and sinking a hole in one.

Rocket Park Mini Golf, open Apr. 1 through June 30 on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm. Admission is $5 for adults, $5 for children and seniors, plus museum admission ($5 for adults and $4 children – members).

Brooklyn Robot Foundry - Virtual Classes

Brooklyn Robot Foundry offers super fun online robot-building classes for children 2-13 years old!&nbsp;&nbsp;Each week, students are introduced to new engineering concepts and components while building that day&rsquo;s robot in their own &ldquo;workshop&rdquo;.&nbsp;&nbsp;All classes maintain a very low student-to-teacher ratio, allowing for plenty of individualized instruction and socializing. Kids will learn, rehearse, and perform the wonderful Maurice Sendak and Carole King musical, Really Rosie. For 10 weekdays, campers will take part in physical and vocal warm-ups and learn choreography, staging, and vocal parts. They&rsquo;ll develop skills in acting, singing, character development, and more. This camp will ignite your child&rsquo;s imagination and passion for performing, build their self-esteem, and help them form lasting friendships. They&rsquo;ll have fun! At camp&rsquo;s end, the kids will perform Really Rosie for family members and friends. Kids of all levels of experience, ages 8 through 13, are welcome to join.
