Scribble Press and Faber-Castell welcome young artists and writers to enter their Faber-Castell Scribble Your Story Contest. Winners will receive $100 worth of Faber-Castell art products and more.
Scribble Press, the place to imagine, create and publish original art and stories, is partnering with Faber-Castell to give children the chance to win creative prizes in the Faber-Castell Scribble Your Story Contest! Every month for a year, beginning in August 2011, one creative writer who makes a book using an assortment of Faber-Castell art products will be selected as the Faber-Castell Scribble Your Story Winner. Winners will receive $100 worth of Faber-Castell premium children’s art products and special recognition at Scribble Press studios.
All contest winners and stories entered in the contest will be available for free download from Scribble Press’ online library of eBooks, available at scribblepress.com.

There are several ways to enter the contest:
1. Make a book at any Scribble Press studio with Faber-Castell markers.
2. Use the Author’s Tool Kit, Scribble Press’ take-home book kit, to make a book and mail or bring it in for publishing.
3. Create your story at home with your own paper and Faber-Castell markers and e-mail it to [email protected].
4. Create your story at home with your own paper and Faber-Castell markers and mail it to any Scribble Press studio.

Children 14 and under are eligible to enter the contest. Books will be judged on the three C’s: creativity, colorfulness, and captivation. Each month the winner will be chosen by a different children’s or young adult author.
