on fun, engaging workshops for the entire family. Expectant parents, learn
about your third trimester (and what lies ahead). Kids and tweens can pick up
the basics of ASL or yoga. And toddlers—it’s all about a mischievous
character named Monkey King. —

Expectant Parents Cocktails:
The Third Trimester at the BackYard at 160

topics (like C-section recovery and nursery must-haves), as well as answer all
your Qs. Learn what to expect when you’re expecting!

Paint a Yoga Mat with Yoga
