When Nicole Ventura opened her Mill Basin dance studio, The Dance House of Brooklyn, in September, she brought families a new opportunity for fitness fun. With classes for all skill levels and ages, The Dance House of Brooklyn invites parents to experience dance with their children.
Nicole Ventura brings a new fitness opportunity to Mill Basin with the opening of her new and innovative dance studio for children and young adults on Sept. 10. Providing classes to prepare students ages 2-21 for the world of competition dance, as well as classes solely for recreational dance, Ventura offers the best of both worlds to suit all levels of interest. “We are committed to providing every opportunity possible,” Ventura says.
The Dance House of Brooklyn hosts ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, musical theater, and acrobatic courses for children, as well as kickboxing, Zumba, and mommy and me classes so parents can join in on the fun. With interactive games, music, and creative movement, The Dance House of Brooklyn invites parents to experience the precious moments of dance with their children.
The staff at The Dance House of Brooklyn is dedicated to providing the technical training and artistic development necessary for kids to harness talent and reach his or her potential during classes, workshops, private coaching, and various performances. The faculty is comprised of teachers who are familiar with providing a family-friendly environment and others who hold international performance credits from theater to film, many of which have been honored with choreography and performance awards and recognition.
