“Mermaids on Parade” marches into powerHouse on Eighth on June 14 for a special book signing event.

The sights, sounds, and smells of the real-life Mermaid Parade that takes place in Coney Island every year is the base for this fun-filled romp about a little girl who is going to the parade in a special coming-out-of-her-shell costume.
