Ahoy, maties!

Grab your sword, put on your eye patch, and enjoy a day of buccaneering at the third annual Pirate Festival at the Long Island Maritime Museum on June 16 and 17. Dress up in your finest pirate wear, black hat, and patch for a dress-up parade and contest, hunt for buried treasure, have your face painted in skull and crossbones, and do your Jolly Roger best to have a jolly good time. Children of all ages see a live musical performance of Brigands, Bawdy Buccaneers, and Strike the Bell on the main stage, and participate in authentic 18th-century toys and games.
