A Virtual Extermination

WINNERS: EVELYN ALVAREZ, SUSIE RIVERA, BARBARA ROMERO

As New Yorkers,
creepy crawly bugs are nothing new to us. But wouldn’t you rather squash them
through the TV screen instead of on your apartment floor? Bringing back a classic, Atari has released a Wii- and Nintendo 3DS™-optimized version of the
original Centipede video game. (Fear not
players with Nintendo 3DS, there’s even a new “street pass” feature to share content
between units!) —

Kids can squash solo or partner up with a teammate to help Max defend Maisy’s gardens from being
invaded by enormous mutated bugs. Use weapons such as the Lightning Beam Gun,
Missile Launcher and Flame Thrower to defeat radioactive centipedes, spiders,
beetles, wasps and moths before they take over the post-apocalyptic wasteland
setting. Try to make it through seven environments, 35 stages and five battles—that’s a lot of exterminating to do!

We recently featured
this game in our Holiday Toy Guide, and to continue
the joy of giving this holiday season, we have three Wii copies of Centipede Infestation to give away to a few lucky readers! To enter, simply leave a comment on our Facebook Page telling us why you’d like to win. Then, send an email to familygiveaways@manhattanmedia.com with the subject line “Centipede,” and
be sure to include your contact information and address. Deadline to enter is
Friday, December 30.
