A Few Delicious Recipes For The Weekend

Another good use of rainy day is to do a little more cooking than you might have otherwise. There are have been so many good recipes appearing on our Yummy Delicious blog lately–including some for Easter and Passover–we figured we’d highlight a bunch so you’e be sure not to miss them and you could pick out the ones you want to explore (i.e. make).—

* Jessi Walter (Taste Buds) treated us to a special Quiche Lorraine for Easter.

* Kelsey Banfield (aka the Naptime Chef) delivered some amazing-sounding Grasshopper Brownies.

* Amy Spiro (Baking and Mistaking) challenged herself with some Raspberry Almond French Macaroons with Chocolate Ganache … for Passover yet.

* Jill Valente offered an alternative to Easter lamb or ham with a light yummy Chicken Piccata with Steamed Asparagus.

* Carla Sullivan (MiniMunchers) outdid herself with two great lists of restaurants to enjoy a family Easter brunch….but what she’s really telling you is they would be great for brunch anytime.

* Jessi Walter also gave us Brownies — these for Passover.
