It’s officially the holiday season this weekend, and the city has tons of festive happenings taking place all over the city. If you’re celebrating Hanukkah this week, check out our round-up of workshops, performances, parties and events celebrating the Eight Days of Light — there are some truly wonderful events going on this weekend and into next week! We’re also especially excited this weekend about the free (first come first serve!) Nutcracker workshop at Lincoln Center, the horse drawn carriage rides through the Bronx Zoo, the annual holiday party at the New York Police Museum, and the spectacular 14th annual Holiday Lighting Celebration, courtesy of the Central Park Conservancy, plus concerts at 92 Y Tribeca, Symphony Space and the Sky View Center in Flushing.
