The Not-So-Lazy Sunday Mornings Of Summer

So with both children now away at camp for a few weeks, the least I hoped for was some extra sleep on the weekends. Hope denied. Last Sunday I rose at 6:15am to be on time to tape a live segment on CBS Sunday Morning News (local) about what parents should say to children who are leaving for college for the first time. (Naturally, after I accepted the opportunity, Time Warner blocked CBS.)

I had fun with it, and then enjoyed the rest of that gorgeous Sunday morning with an early stroll through Central Park, kid-less, tired, and fancy-free. And here’s what I looked like on TV!
