Let’s be honest: getting kids to enjoy museums can be a challenge to say the least. But we think these current exhibitions just might please your little art critics:
*Charles Addams’ New York at the Museum of the City of New York showcases original artwork from the legendary cartoonist who gave us the characters we know as the Addams Family. It’s full of imaginative (and funny) depictions of NYC life. Through June 8.
*Curious George Saves the Day at the Jewish Museum features 80 drawings and dummies representing the life and work of creators Margret and H.A. Rey. Through August 1.
*Finally, get inside the curious imagination of Tim Burton at the MoMA–kids will love giant fanged entrance to this expansive, colorful and kinda creepy exhibition. Through April 26.
