We call this the “funky”
chicken in our household as the marinade looks a little wonky, but pay no mind
as it tastes delicious. —
INGREDIENTS (Serves 3-4)
1 egg
1 cup
cooking oil
1 cup
cider vinegar
1 TB sea
salt
1 TB freshly
ground pepper
1 tsp
chicken seasoning
4 chicken
breasts with skin
DIRECTIONS
1. Put
all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for at least 3 hours in the
refrigerator. Save some in a separate bowl to put on chicken while grilling.
2. Grill
for 15 minutes on each side, high basting with extra marinade every 4-5
minutes.
