On April 7-8, families can wander through a “forest” of hundreds of trees in none other than Times Square! The educational, green oasis is part of Aveeno’s “Be An Active Natural” program, an initiative dedicated to encouraging healthy living and environmental sustainability.
Visitors of all ages are invited to explore the forest, and will even receive seed cards to plant their own trees! After Friday, the trees will be donated to the New York Restoration Project’s MillionTreesNYC initiative, and planted throughout the five boroughs.
