I cut up the most delicious cantaloupe I’ve had in ages this morning. My 3-year-old and I enjoyed wedges straight from the cutting board while I threw chunks into my trusty Beaba Babycook with a few leaves of fresh mint for my 6-month-old.

As I poured the baby’s fresh fruit and herb puree into a ‘lil bowl, I realized that I had the stuff of popsicle gold. Cantaloupe and Mint pops? Who’s going to turn that down. This is not just baby food, folks! (By the way, uou can also mix some in with plain yogurt with a drizzle of honey.) Now, if only me and my big guy could show enough self control to wait for the puree to be made!
With summer approaching, what kind of pops will you be making? Any other fruit and herb combos?! (Peach and basil are another favorite at my house!)
