A Blogger To Get To Know: Alice Bradley of Finslippy

If you think you’d enjoy a
blogger who writes about her life with the wit and intelligence of a New Yorker
fiction writer
,
then we encourage you to treat yourself to the work of Alice Bradley, a
Brooklyn mom whose blog, Finslippy,
has been, as Bradley puts it, “wading in the shallow end since 2004.”
—Whether she writes about “modeling anti-perfectionism” for her son,
or about some beloved children’s books she’s saving for her future
grandchildren, we can’t get enough of her thoughtful posts, and apparently
others feel the same way: Bradley now blogs for Redbook as well and Babble recently
named her one of the Top 50 Mom Bloggers on The Web — with a
special citation as the funniest one! Now there’s a book on the near horizon:
“Let’s Panic About Babies!” which she co-authored with another
talented-funny-writer blogger, Eden M. Kennedy. You can enjoy excerpts from “Let’s
Panic”
here.
