Tara Lustberg is the Editorial Director of New York Family. With nearly 20 years of experience in parenting and lifestyle publishing, she has held editorial roles at leading media organizations and contributed to several prominent parenting titles, such as Parents, Parents Latina, Pregnancy & Newborn, Fit Pregnancy, American Baby, and FamilyFun. A Jersey girl with deep New York City roots, Tara lives New Jersey, her husband of 15 years and a New York City chef, William, and their two children, Noah (13) and Jacob (8), and their beloved Staffordshire terrier, Georgia. When she’s not immersed in writing and editing for New York Family, Tara enjoys exploring family-friendly activities in and around NYC, spending time at home with her family, shopping, or listening to podcasts and audiobooks—sometimes simultaneously.
