Long Island Mamas Network

Long Island SAHMs

Founded by a Long Island mother, this meet-up group encourages all stay-at-home mothers in Long Island to create a network. The group is dedicated to connecting mothers all across the island and works to bolster a strong new mom community.


Long Island MomPAL

A place for Moms from Long Island to find new friends in their area, pen pals, advice, parenting tips, and more.


Mid-Suffolk Moms

Whether you are a working or stay-at-home mom, this group provides activities for you and your family. Activities occur during the week as well as on the weekends and range from knitting and book clubs to coffee meet-ups and cooking. The MOMS Club organizes activities for members with common interests. The monthly calendar includes activities such as playgroups, park days, trips to museums, story times, and a monthly MOMS Night Out. All of the MOMS Club meetings and most activities take place during the day, when at-home mothers need the support. A monthly meeting is held the first Monday of every month at 3pm.


MOMS Club of Western Brookhaven

MOMS Club is a nonprofit support group for moms. The Western Brookhaven chapter holds monthly business meetings for working moms, an all-age playgroup, and playground get-togethers, among other meet-up opportunities around Suffolk County. The Western Brookhaven chapter of MOMS Club serves Lake Grove, Lake Ronkonkoma, Ronkonkoma, Hauppauge, Holbrook, Nesconset, Port Jefferson, Centereach, and Holtsville.


Nassau County Full Time Working Moms

The goal of Nassau County Full Time Working Moms is simple: meet new friends and share parenting experiences. The group aims to bring working Long Island moms together at events such as mom's nights out or park outings so mothers can share the struggles and rewards of balancing work life with family life.


Stroller Strides/Fit4Mom

Fit4Mom gives women the “Strength for Motherhood” by providing classes and support for moms in every stage of motherhood. Through Fit4Baby's prenatal fitness classes, Stroller Strides, Body Back, and Our Village, women have the opportunity to have a workout and support that is flexible around motherhood.


Stroller Strides Kings Park

Stroller Strides is a way to stay in shape and spend time with your kids. This fitness-oriented franchise for motherhood is fast growing because it offers the unique training service to pre- and postnatal mothers.


Stroller Strides Suffolk County Long Island's Luna Moms Club

Stroller Strides is a fitness class for moms with their children. Each class consists of a 1-hour workout complete with walking intervals, body toning, and strengthening components using the stroller, exercise tubing, and the environment.


Suffolk Area Moms Club

A group of stay-at-home and working moms in the Suffolk, including South Suffolk, North Suffolk, Smithfield, Portsmouth, Western Branch Chesapeake, Windsor, and Carrollton. The group offers home play dates, park play dates, community event play dates, MNI (Moms' Night In)/MNO (Moms' Nights Out), a Babysitting Co-op & Mommy Meals, and fitness challenges.

This group is for moms of children younger than 6. Older siblings and dads can attend park play dates and community events yearlong.



If you’re a laid back mom who wants to meet other moms and make new friends, this is the place for you! Most members come from Mid-Suffolk County to Eastern Suffolk County but the group is not limited to those areas. All are welcome to join and to get involved.


Western Suffolk County Moms and Children

This is a group of stay-at-home and working moms in Suffolk County. The group's goal is to help parents navigate motherhood via a weekly newsletter, personal advice, chats, playgroups, and play dates. Members come from Amityville, Babylon, Brentwood, Brookhaven, Centereach, Centerport, Commack, Copiague, Coram, Deer Park, Dix Hills, Farmingville, Greenlawn, Hauppaugue, Holtsville, Huntington, Islip, Lake Grove, Lindenhurst, Melville, Patchogue and Port Jefferson.
