Sweet Endings: Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

A cute and easy hit to make with the kids—who doesn’t love food that looks like something else?

INGREDIENTS (makes 24 cones)

Your favorite cupcake recipe—or favorite box cake mix

24 flat-bottom ice cream cones

Homemade or store-bought icing

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare cupcake recipe per directions.
  3. Place ice cream cones in muffin pan and fill 2/3 full with batter.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
  5. Cool on a wire rack and frost with icing and sprinkles. Tip: Use a pastry bag to achieve a swirl effect with the frosting.
