Bobbi Brown
has long been a make-up and skincare expert for adult women, but she also
specifically caters to tweens and teens. Her latest book, “Beauty Rules” is a
great introduction to make-up for young girls, and Bobbi discusses her own
adolescence, gives plentiful beauty and make-up tips, and offers heartfelt
encouragement to teen girls who may be feeling a bit uncomfortable in their
