One of our favorite kids’ boutiques Aminah et les Amis has come North from the financial distract to Warren Street in TriBeCa. The stylish shop, known for its unique picks of European and American contemporary clothing and accessories, now resides in the space formerly home to Rondo, the Church Street School for Music and Art’s pop-up thrift shop. And though we will dearly miss Rondo, we are happy Aminah has arrived, complete with popcorn machine serving fresh free buttered popcorn every Friday after school — sure to become a fast favorite among neighborhood kids! K-way, Cupcake and Pastries, Tooby doo and Twirls and Twigs are among the brands you’ll find at this quaint boutique, which caters to both boys and girls newborn to 14 years. And to celebrate its grand opening, the store is offering 10-30% off select items as well as a free half hour session with portrait photographer Clare Fisher when you make a purchase of $75 or more from now until June 2.
