Who We Are:
Excellence Community Schools (ECS) understands that selecting the right school is a pivotal decision for your child’s future. As a three-time National Blue Ribbon School recipient, we’ve demonstrated our unwavering commitment to academic excellence. For over 20 years, we’ve proudly served K-8 scholars in the Bronx, NY, and Stamford, CT, preparing them for top high schools and colleges. Our network of twelve schools, including Bronx Charter School for Excellence 1-5 and Stamford Charter School for Excellence, provide a nurturing yet challenging environment. As a charter management, non-profit organization, we are dedicated to cultivating lifelong learners.

What We Offer:
Our approach extends beyond traditional academics. We offer a challenging and rigorous curriculum, with a focused eye on college preparation from the earliest grades. Scholars are encouraged to explore their artistic, technical, and athletic passions through diverse after-school activities and participation in the competitive NYC Charter Athletics Teams. We also provide workshops and summer programs in partnership with collegiate institutions, fostering social-emotional and scholastic skills. A dedicated Student Advancement and Alumni Relations team works to ensure scholars have access to career support and self-growth development opportunities, building on a thriving alumni network.
