Frost Valley YMCA

Frost Valley YMCA is the premier summer camp located in the heart of New York’s Catskill Mountains, just a couple of hours from New York City. At Frost Valley, your camper can participate in sports, arts and crafts, hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, canoeing, swimming, singing, storytelling around the campfire, sleeping underneath a canopy of stars, and so much more!

With over 140 summers under our belt, Frost Valley programs focus on character development through our core values.
