I know we haven’t had much of a Spring, but I am truly ready for Summer. I’m tired of the rain, tired of getting my kids to do their homework, getting them up at the crack of dawn to make the school bus… And now, here we are at Memorial Day weekend. The end is in sight! So of course I want to blog about a fabulous find that is sure to get the weekend bbq’s going. I love Sur La Table and was thrilled when one opened on the Upper East Side. I was there recently and saw this brilliant bowl. It is utilitarian AND attractive. You simply fill the stand with ice, then top it with the bowl. It works for salads, fruit, vegetables, or whatever else you can come up with. It has four sections plus a middle section for dip, guacamole, etc. It also comes with the serving spoon and fork.
