for this year’s Children’s Choice Book Awards.
The Children’s Book Council (CBC) in
association with Every Child A Reader, the CBC Foundation, hosts the
fourth annual Children’s Choice Book Awards Program with the announcement of 30 finalists in six categories. As the only national book contest in which the prize winners are kid-chosen, this year’s list of finalists represent the preferences of over 16,000 children and teens. All votes must be in by Friday. Winners will be
announced next week as part of Children’s Book Week (May 2-8, 2011). Cast your ballot here. —
