Recently, I decided to host a playdate at my house with moms, nannies and babies I’d never met. Am I crazy?! Yes, probably. But that’s not my point right now. I belong to a group in my neighborhood of moms with babies all around the same age, and I thought, with winter in full swing, it would be nice to give the kiddos a warm place and different toys to play with. There were about eight babies in total--and all came with their moms, except for one baby, who came with her nanny.
